Description

A simple recipe for tilapia fillets baked in a flavorful roasted red pepper sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Place the tilapia fillets in the baking dish.
  4. In a blender, combine the roasted red peppers, chicken broth, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the pepper sauce over the tilapia fillets.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tilapia is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
