- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, pecans, cranberries, and goat cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Dijon mustard.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
