- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream for an extra treat.
- You can make this pie a day ahead and refrigerate it.
