Easy chicken wraps with a sweet chili sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.
- Add chicken to the sauce and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Fill each tortilla with lettuce, carrots, chicken, and cilantro.
- Roll up the wraps tightly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime juice before serving.
- You can substitute chicken thighs for chicken breasts.
