Easy chicken wraps with a sweet chili sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Add chicken to the sauce and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  6. Fill each tortilla with lettuce, carrots, chicken, and cilantro.
  7. Roll up the wraps tightly.
