A simple recipe for spinach and cottage cheese flagels.

- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese and eggs. Mix well.
- Stir in chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Shape them into flagel (bagel-like) shapes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
Notes
- You can add other seasonings like dill or paprika if you like.
- Let them cool slightly before eating.
