Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss broccoli, bell pepper, and red onion with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Place the salmon fillet on top of the vegetables. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice over the salmon before serving.
- Feel free to substitute your favorite vegetables.
