- 1 cup grated zucchini, squeezed dry

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Stir the grated zucchini into the wet ingredients.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting and serving.
Notes
- Ensure you squeeze as much moisture as possible from the grated zucchini to prevent soggy brownies.
- For extra fudgy brownies, you can slightly underbake them.
