Description
A fun and easy Halloween appetizer made with salami and mozzarella.
Ingredients

- 12 slices salami
- 12 small fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
- 12 pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced
- 12 thin strips of red bell pepper
Instructions
- Place one mozzarella half on a flat surface, cut-side down.
- Drape two salami slices over the mozzarella to resemble an eyeball.
- Place a slice of olive in the center of the mozzarella to create the pupil.
- Use a thin strip of red bell pepper to create an eyelid above the pupil.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Notes
- You can use black olives if green olives are not available.
- For a more realistic look, you can add a small dot of black food coloring to the mozzarella before adding the olive.
