- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine quinoa, milk, water, and salt in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until quinoa is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in sweetener and vanilla extract.
- Serve warm or chilled.
