- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the coated cauliflower to the cheese mixture and toss until each floret is well-coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- For extra crispiness, you can broil for the last 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
