Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup uncooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and uncooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or corn.
