- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup finely chopped broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into small nugget shapes.
- Place the nuggets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the nuggets are cooked through and lightly golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- You can substitute panko breadcrumbs for regular breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
