Description

  • 1 cup finely chopped broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Shape the mixture into small nugget shapes.
  4. Place the nuggets on the prepared baking sheet.
