A quick and easy pizza made on French bread, perfect for a weeknight meal.

- 1 loaf French bread, split lengthwise
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced green bell pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the French bread halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over each bread half.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange the pepperoni, olives, and bell pepper on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add other toppings like mushrooms, onions, or cooked sausage.
- For a crispier crust, toast the bread lightly before adding toppings.
