- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute more, until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, and parsley.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture onto each tortilla.
- Top each tortilla with cooked chicken and shredded cheese.
- Fold the tortillas to create wraps.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken while cooking.
- You can substitute Monterey Jack cheese for cheddar if desired.
- These wraps are best served fresh.
