Easy chicken wraps with garlic and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute more, until fragrant.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, and parsley.
  6. Spread the mayonnaise mixture onto each tortilla.
  7. Top each tortilla with cooked chicken and shredded cheese.
  8. Fold the tortillas to create wraps.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken while cooking.
  • You can substitute Monterey Jack cheese for cheddar if desired.
