Description
A simple bake combining meatballs and mashed potatoes.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs.
- Place meatballs in a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until browned.
- Remove from oven. Spoon mashed potatoes over the meatballs.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for another 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- You can use pre-made mashed potatoes to save time.
- Add a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the meatball mixture for extra flavor.
