Ingredients

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
- You can substitute fresh herbs for dried herbs. Use 1 tablespoon each of fresh oregano and thyme.
