Description
Crispy baked zucchini chips seasoned with herbs and spices.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and trim the ends of the zucchinis. Slice the zucchinis thinly, about 1/8 inch thick, using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
- In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Do not overcrowd the pan; use multiple sheets if necessary.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through, until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
- Let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can bake them for a few extra minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Adjust seasonings to your preference.
