- 1/4 cup almond flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together applesauce, cocoa powder, erythritol, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely before cutting and serving.
Notes
