A simple and quick skillet meal featuring ground beef and cauliflower.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
- Add the cauliflower florets, beef broth, and Italian seasoning to the skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.
- Stir occasionally.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
