Easy baked Greek chicken tenders with lemon and oregano.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken strips to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Arrange the chicken strips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Serve with tzatziki sauce or a lemon-herb dipping sauce.
- For crispier tenders, you can lightly coat them in panko breadcrumbs before baking.
