Ingredients

- 8 ounces goat cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine goat cheese and honey. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in walnuts and parsley.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place the balls on a plate and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Serve chilled.
- These bites can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
