Description

Crispy baked sweet potato fries seasoned with garlic and Parmesan cheese.

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Flip the fries and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
