- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Flip the fries and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut sweet potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before drying and seasoning.
- Adjust garlic powder and salt to your preference.
