Description

A simple and flavorful chicken pasta dish with garlic and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and add cooked pasta.
  8. Toss everything together to coat the pasta and chicken in the sauce.
  9. Stir in chopped parsley.
  10. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a richer sauce, add a splash of white wine after cooking the garlic.
  • You can add your favorite vegetables like broccoli or spinach.
