A simple and flavorful chicken pasta dish with garlic and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return chicken to the skillet and add cooked pasta.
- Toss everything together to coat the pasta and chicken in the sauce.
- Stir in chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a richer sauce, add a splash of white wine after cooking the garlic.
- You can add your favorite vegetables like broccoli or spinach.
