Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown, flipping them halfway through.
- Serve hot.

- For crispier potatoes, ensure they are in a single layer on the baking sheet and do not overcrowd the pan.
