Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until softened and browned.
  4. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley.
