Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic to the skillet.
  4. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring, until mushrooms are tender and cauliflower is cooked through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
