Tender meatballs coated in a rich garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add meatballs to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
- Stir in parsley.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- These meatballs are great served with pasta or as an appetizer.
