Description

Tender beef sirloin cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Pat the beef cubes dry with paper towels.
  2. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add beef to the skillet in a single layer, do not overcrowd. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  5. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Stir the beef to coat with the garlic butter.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a richer sauce, you can add a splash of beef broth or white wine to the skillet after cooking the garlic.
  • Ensure your skillet is hot before adding the beef for a good sear.
