- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pat the beef cubes dry with paper towels.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef to the skillet in a single layer, do not overcrowd. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir the beef to coat with the garlic butter.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a richer sauce, you can add a splash of beef broth or white wine to the skillet after cooking the garlic.
- Ensure your skillet is hot before adding the beef for a good sear.
