Description
Tender beef bites coated in a rich garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pat the beef cubes dry with paper towels.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef cubes and sear on all sides until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet.
- Once butter is melted, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
- Return beef to the skillet.
- Season with black pepper.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until beef is cooked to your desired doneness and sauce has thickened slightly.
- Stir in fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can marinate the beef in soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Serve these beef bites as an appetizer or as a main course with your favorite side dish.
