Garlic Butter Beef Bites

Description

Tender beef bites coated in a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Pat the beef cubes dry with paper towels.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add beef cubes and sear on all sides until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet.
  5. Once butter is melted, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Return beef to the skillet.
  8. Season with black pepper.
  9. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until beef is cooked to your desired doneness and sauce has thickened slightly.
  10. Stir in fresh parsley.
  11. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can marinate the beef in soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Serve these beef bites as an appetizer or as a main course with your favorite side dish.
