Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss beef with soy sauce and cornstarch.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Pour in beef broth, water, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve beef mixture over cooked rice.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic.
- You can substitute sirloin with other tender cuts of beef like flank steak or ribeye.
