Description

A simple and flavorful dish featuring tender beef, aromatic garlic butter, and fluffy rice.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in beef broth, water, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve beef mixture over cooked rice.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic.
  • You can substitute sirloin with other tender cuts of beef like flank steak or ribeye.
