- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Assemble bowls with rice, taco meat, lettuce, cheese, salsa, and sour cream.

- For a vegetarian option, use plant-based ground instead of beef.
