Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a thin, even layer.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
  6. Once cooled, break the mixture into bite-sized pieces.
  7. For extra crispiness, you can bake the pieces again for another 5-10 minutes at 300°F (150°C), watching them closely to prevent burning.
