- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a thin, even layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Once cooled, break the mixture into bite-sized pieces.
- For extra crispiness, you can bake the pieces again for another 5-10 minutes at 300°F (150°C), watching them closely to prevent burning.

- Ensure the cottage cheese is well-drained if it has a lot of liquid.
- You can add other seasonings like paprika or Italian herbs to the mixture.
