Description

A simple recipe for making crispy baked chicken with a Parmesan coating.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another shallow dish, whisk eggs and milk.
  5. Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place chicken pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
