Crispy Air Fryer Salmon with 3 Sauces

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • For Lemon-Dill Sauce: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped), 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 clove garlic (minced), salt and pepper to taste
  • For Spicy Mayo: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp sriracha, 1 tsp lime juice
  • For Honey-Mustard: 1/4 cup Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Brush with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the skin is crispy. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fillet.
  5. While the salmon cooks, prepare the sauces.
  6. For Lemon-Dill Sauce: In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  7. For Spicy Mayo: In another small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice.
  8. For Honey-Mustard: In a third small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
  9. Serve the crispy air fryer salmon immediately with your choice of sauces.

Notes

  • For extra crispy skin, ensure the salmon is very dry before cooking.
  • You can adjust the spice level in the spicy mayo by adding more or less sriracha.
  • These sauces can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
