Learn how to make perfectly crispy salmon in your air fryer, served with three delicious and easy-to-make sauces.

- 1.5 lbs salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- For Lemon-Dill Sauce: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped), 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 clove garlic (minced), salt and pepper to taste
- For Spicy Mayo: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp sriracha, 1 tsp lime juice
- For Honey-Mustard: 1/4 cup Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Brush with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the skin is crispy. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fillet.
- While the salmon cooks, prepare the sauces.
- For Lemon-Dill Sauce: In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- For Spicy Mayo: In another small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice.
- For Honey-Mustard: In a third small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
- Serve the crispy air fryer salmon immediately with your choice of sauces.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, ensure the salmon is very dry before cooking.
- You can adjust the spice level in the spicy mayo by adding more or less sriracha.
- These sauces can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
