- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, celery, onion, cranberries, egg, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through and the balls are golden brown.
