Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.
- You can also bake these skewers in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
