Description

A simple and creamy chicken ramen recipe.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package ramen noodles
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: green onions, hard-boiled egg, nori

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, combine chicken broth, heavy cream, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  3. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it begins to simmer. Do not boil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  5. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and stir to combine.
  6. Pour the creamy chicken sauce over the cooked ramen noodles.
  7. Add your desired toppings.

Notes

  • For a richer sauce, use full-fat coconut milk instead of heavy cream.
  • Adjust soy sauce for saltiness.
  • Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
