- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: green onions, hard-boiled egg, nori
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine chicken broth, heavy cream, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it begins to simmer. Do not boil.
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and stir to combine.
- Pour the creamy chicken sauce over the cooked ramen noodles.
- Add your desired toppings.
Notes
- For a richer sauce, use full-fat coconut milk instead of heavy cream.
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness.
- Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
