- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth and cornstarch until smooth.
- Pour the broth mixture into the skillet with the chicken.
- Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately.

- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the other seasonings.
