A simple and quick one-pan meal featuring chicken and broccoli.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth and cornstarch until smooth. Pour over the chicken and broccoli.
  5. Stir in soy sauce.
  6. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is tender-crisp and sauce has thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes
