Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine biscuit mix, milk, melted butter, cheddar cheese, onion, bell pepper, sour cream, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in the shredded chicken.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
- Serve hot.
- You can add other vegetables like peas or carrots.
