Description

A savory cobbler with chicken and biscuits.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine biscuit mix, milk, melted butter, cheddar cheese, onion, bell pepper, sour cream, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
