Cheesy Tortilla Garlic Bread

Description

A quick and easy recipe for cheesy garlic bread made with tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and oregano.
  3. Place four tortillas on a baking sheet. Brush the butter mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the buttered tortillas.
  5. Top with the remaining four tortillas. Brush the tops with the remaining butter mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top tortillas.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tortillas are golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before cutting and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
  • You can use any combination of your favorite cheeses.
  • Serve with your favorite marinara sauce for dipping.
