A quick and easy recipe for cheesy garlic bread made with tortillas.

- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and oregano.
- Place four tortillas on a baking sheet. Brush the butter mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the buttered tortillas.
- Top with the remaining four tortillas. Brush the tops with the remaining butter mixture.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top tortillas.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tortillas are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before cutting and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
- You can use any combination of your favorite cheeses.
- Serve with your favorite marinara sauce for dipping.
