Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the meat mixture into 12 equal portions.
- Flatten each portion and place about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese in the center.
- Form the meat mixture around the cheese to create a ball.
- Place the meatloaf bites on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- You can substitute other cheeses like mozzarella or Monterey Jack.
