Spicy and cheesy burritos filled with buffalo chicken.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla.
- Top the chicken mixture with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll them up tightly.
- Place the burritos seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Brush the tops of the burritos with melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite toppings like sour cream, blue cheese crumbles, or chopped celery.
- You can use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken to save time.
