- 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Spoon half of the vanilla yogurt into the bottom of a clear glass or jar.
- Layer half of the pineapple chunks over the yogurt.
- Add half of the mandarin orange segments over the pineapple.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, pineapple, and mandarin oranges.
- Top each parfait with whipped cream.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
