  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning and olive oil.
  2. Cook shrimp in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, cilantro, mayonnaise, lime juice, and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
