Ingredients

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning and olive oil.
- Cook shrimp in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, cilantro, mayonnaise, lime juice, and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Fill tortillas with cooked shrimp and top with slaw.
Notes
- For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the slaw.
- Serve with your favorite hot sauce if desired.
