Ingredients

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh tomatoes

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Season with salt and black pepper to your preference.
- Gently fold in the chopped tomatoes.
- Serve the chicken salad on lettuce leaves.

- For a creamier salad, add a little more mayonnaise.
