- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken pieces.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden brown and crispy.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, you can broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, watching carefully to prevent burning.
