Description
A simple casserole that combines the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed tomato soup
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked pasta
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef with the chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
- Add the condensed tomato soup, condensed cheddar cheese soup, milk, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and cooked pasta.
- Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a crispier topping, you can add breadcrumbs or crushed crackers during the last 5-10 minutes of baking.
- You can add other vegetables like corn or peas for extra flavor and nutrition.
