Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, and seasoning blend.
- Rub the olive oil all over the chicken thighs.
- Evenly coat the chicken thighs with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the juices run clear.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
