- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or butter
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, protein powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place the coated bread slices in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve immediately.

- Add fresh berries or a drizzle of sugar-free syrup for extra flavor.
